Interviews take place at our Tokyo headquarters and nationwide shop locations. We will inform the location when we notify the date and time of your interview.
If an employee is deemed to have potential in other career areas based on the aptitude, experience, and skills of the employee, the employee may be transferred to the head office division. We also post jobs within the company, so there are opportunities for you to try entering a new career path if you desire.
We will prioritize the brand and shop you request. However, due to factors like brand image and staffing conditions at the shop you request, we may ask you to work with a brand or at a shop that is different from your request.
Please visit the nearest shop of the brand that you purchased carrying the product, or consult the Baroque Japan Call Center (03-6730-9191) providing the model number, shop at which you made your purchase, and date of purchase.
We offer exchanges, returns, and refunds only for products in unused condition by Baroque Japan standards. Please visit the shop at which you made your purchase within 10 days of purchase carrying the product with tag still attached and your receipt. For details, please consult the shop at which you made your purchase with your receipt at hand. For returns, a refund will be provided with the same method as the original payment (cash, credit card, etc.).
