SLY General Manager

SLY

Moving up from shop staff all the way to general manager

I joined Baroque Japan as a member of the shop staff, and later transferred to the head office, where I gained experience as an assistant designer and in visual merchandising. I was always motivated to seek out ways to improve sales while preserving the SLY worldview, and to share my sales strategies with all SLY members.

As general manager, now I have full responsibility for the brand.

Naturally, the position comes with pressure. But I hope to convert this pressure into energy and take SLY to a new level. It’s a brand we all worked together to cultivate.

"Step up, Pride, Challenge." These are the words that inspire me. The drive to keep improving my work, the strong desire to improve myself, and to bring a new challenge to myself and my members.
