About product

QA product I purchased was defective. Do you offer exchanges?

Please consult the shop at which you made your purchase. The staff will examine the condition of the product and offer you a response.
* Note that the staff will first check your purchase history.

QDo you offer size changes, returns, and refunds?

We offer exchanges, returns, and refunds only for products in unused condition by Baroque Japan standards. Please visit the shop at which you made your purchase within 10 days of purchase carrying the product with tag still attached and your receipt. For details, please consult the shop at which you made your purchase with your receipt at hand. For returns, a refund will be provided with the same method as the original payment (cash, credit card, etc.).
* Note that exchanges may not be available if the item is out of stock.
* We may not accept products that have been worn.

Please visit the nearest shop of the brand that you purchased carrying the product, or consult the Baroque Japan Call Center (03-6730-9191) providing the model number, shop at which you made your purchase, and date of purchase.
