Every day is a challenge
Ever since I was named manager of Baroque Japan’s flagship store in Omotesando, every day brings a wave of new challenges. The circumstances are completely different from shops I had been at before, and there aren’t any past examples to turn to for reference.
There are plenty of worries and much that doesn’t go as planned. But I cherish every tough experience, and when I accomplish something, it always renews my will to grow and develop further.
All of the staff members share my joy, my worries, and my goals. This is Baroque Japan’s greatest attraction—the power of people.
As store manager, I would be happy if I could create an environment that encourages the staff members to reach for their dreams, and if I could, even lend them a hand. To do this, first I hope to be a person that can always take on new challenges.
