Teamwork is the key to creative process
I’m mainly responsible for the production control of knitwear at RODEO CROWNS. I select materials based on suggestions from the planning team, and manage everything from costs to delivery.
Sometimes production control draws on past results and brings ideas for products to the table. All members are constantly discussing the direction of the brand with one another, and I think it’s this openness that makes room for flexibility in the creative process.
Everyone at Baroque Japan is tuned in to fashion and trends. My colleagues are a good source of inspiration, and the company offers an ideal outlet for inspiration. I hope to take on more challenges in future, always striving to make quality products and always cherishing teamwork.
