Baroque Japan Limited has discovered that the “Softy Bloom” electric foot warmer novelties have been known to generate abnormal levels of heat during use, causing damage. These were sourced from I.S. SAKURAI. They were distributed to customers purchasing at least 18,000 yen worth of goods during our “4 Weeks Pattern Fair!” starting on November 3, 2016, at rienda and SHEL’TTER WEB STORE. As we consider the safety of our customers above everything else, we have decided to voluntarily recall any of this product that we have already distributed.
We deeply apologize for any worry and inconvenience this may have caused you.
We shall do our utmost to ensure that this type of incident does not arise again through even more emphasis on quality management. We humbly ask for your understanding and cooperation at this time.
