Mar The SLY business was transferred to Madmind Co., Ltd., which became a subsidiary.
Sep The trade name was changed from Fakedelic K.K. to Fakedelic Holdings Co., Ltd.
The purpose of the company was changed to the management of the operating subsidiaries, and the management of trademark and copyrights.
The MOUSSY business was transferred to Fakedelic K.K. (New Fakedelic), which became a subsidiary.

2007

Jan BAROQUE HK LIMITED was incorporated in Hong Kong.
Apr Jackpot Production Co., Ltd., Madmind Co., Ltd. and Fakedelic K.K. were merged and incorporated as Baroque Japan Limited (formerly BJL).
Sep A management buyout was conducted by CLSA SUNRISE CAPITAL L.P. and management at the time. Baroque Holdings Co., Ltd. acquired all shares of Fakedelic Holdings Co., Ltd.
Oct SHEL'TTER, a mail-order fashion magazine, was launched.

2008

Feb Baroque Holdings Co., Ltd. merged Fakedelic Holdings Co., Ltd, and the former BJL.The trade name was changed to Baroque Japan Limited. The management buyout was completed.
Oct The first store of AZUL BY MOUSSY, a shopping center (SC) brand, opened in Koshigaya LakeTown.

2009

May BAROQUE SHANGHAI LIMITED was incorporated in Shanghai.

2010

Nov The AZUL BY MOUSSY flagship store opened in Shinjuku.
The first MOUSSY store in China directly managed by the company opened in Grand Gateway, Shanghai.
