Details Regarding the Preferential System for Shareholders
(1) Eligible Shareholders
Shareholders who are recorded or registered in the Shareholder Register as of the end of February and August 31 of each year, and who hold one (1) unit (100 shares) of the company’s shares are eligible.
(2) Content of the Preferential System
Every half year we will give ¥2,000 coupon(s) that can be used at the company’s selected stores in Japan or on the SHEL’TTER WEB STORE to all shareholders holding one (1) unit (100 shares) or more of the company’s shares.
Check the “Store Locator” page for shops where you can use the coupons.
(3) Time of Issue and Period of Validity
First Half
We will send out the coupons together with the shareholder newsletter, which is scheduled to be sent out in late November.
Period of Validity: 6 months from December 1 to May 31
Second Half
We will send out the coupons together with the shareholder newsletter, which is scheduled to be sent out in late May.
Period of Validity: 6 months from June 1 to November 30
Notes on using the coupons
• Shareholder benefit coupons are discount coupons that can be used at our stores and “SHEL'TTER WEBSTORE” for a discount of 2,000 yen per coupon.
• Use within the validity period is limited to a maximum of 13 tickets per person.
• They can be used for purchases up to JPY 2,000 (including tax). Please note that change will not be given for these transactions.
• Coupons may be used to purchase items on sale.
• A Shareholder benefit coupon (one coupon number) can only be used once. Payment cannot be made by entering the same coupon number a second or another time. Furthermore, coupons that have been redeemed on SHEL'TTER WEBSTORE cannot be used again in physical stores.
• If you select “Display Coupon Code” when obtaining a discount coupon, you will not be able to use it at the store, even if the coupon code itself is unused.
• When using these coupons in SHEL'TTER WEBSTORE, the shipping fee is free, regardless of the total amount of your purchase.
• There are some stores where the coupons cannot be used. Please see our website for details.
※ We strictly prohibit the transfer of discount coupons to third parties for monetary compensation.
※ We reserve the right to refuse use of discount coupons if we determine the usage to be malicious or inappropriate.
※ Some coupons cannot be used in combination with others.
