Using our customers' personal information is essential for us to provide our top-quality products, opportunities, and services. At BAROQUE JAPAN LIMITED ("the Company") we recognize that one of our most important obligations is to carefully protect that personal information. Therefore, we pay lots of attention to every detail in order to protect the personal information of our customers, and that's why we apply the following policies.

    1. 1) We only collect the information required in order to provide services to our customers, and we don't collect more information than is necessary.
    2. 2) When we collect information from our customers, we state clearly what it will be used for, and we obtain prior agreement from the customer.
    3. 3) We only use that personal information for purposes the customers agree to.
    4. 4) We take all necessary and appropriate precautions against the risks of unauthorized access, loss, destruction, tampering, and unauthorized disclosure of personal information.
    5. 5) In order to comprehensively protect our customers' personal information, we have constructed an infrastructure for protecting personal information and appointed a personal information protection manager. We also put a lot of effort into training and raising the awareness of our staff about the importance of protecting personal information.
    6. 6) The Company may have to entrust the use of customers' personal information to a third-party outsourcing company to facilitate our business processes, but that will be limited to the required scope. In such a case, we will make sure the outsourcers have clear directions to put in place appropriate controls over the safety of the information.

    8. 8) We will work hard to keep our customers' personal information accurate and up to date. We'll establish a customer inquiry desk to respond to requests by our customers, such as for disclosures, corrections, or termination of the use of the information, within reasonable limits.

    1. 1) To provide our customers with various information, including news about our products and services, as well as information related to lifestyles and culture.

    3. 3) To provide our customers with various services, including delivery, repairs, and alteration of products, as well as other after-sales services.
    4. 4) For marketing activities, such as promotion of new products and model renewals.
    5. 5) To carry out other business activities related to those above.

    1. 1) The Company will respond to reasonable requests by our customers to disclose, correct, delete or terminate the use of the customer's own personal information, after confirming the identity of the customer.
